Connected UK Care Ltd is a CIW-regulated domiciliary care provider committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality home care across Conwy, Gwynedd, and Denbighshire in North Wales. Founded and led by Registered Nurse Dorcas M. Alugongo, who brings over 20 years of NHS experience, we offer person-centered services that promote dignity, independence, and well-being. Although our administrative office is based in Peterborough, our care services are fully registered and delivered in compliance with Welsh care regulations. We pride ourselves on professionalism, reliability, and a deep respect for the people we support providing tailored care plans, trained staff, and 24/7 availability to meet the unique needs of every individual we serve.

Personal Care
